Community Family Kickball League

OUR MISSION:

Family Kickball exists to bring all members of a family team together to compete and have fun no matter their age or skill level. We believe that by participating in an activity as a unified team, families can rehearse roles that will carry on into the rest of their life together and sharpen the way they show leadership, communicate with one another, and work together.

League Overview

Each week your family will be paired with a different family to field a team. The size of your family does not matter.
Each week your family will keep the number of runs you scored and add it to your running point total. The family with the most points at the end of the season wins The Beefy Bomber Trophy.
Parents and kids of all ages play. You shouldn't plan to sit on the sidelines. Grandparents are also welcome.
Game rules have been modified for different aged kids (see "Rules" section)
We show up to compete, but keep the competition at a healthy level.
Games are on Thursday evenings starting at 6:00, and last about an hour. There are no practices unless you run them at your own home.

Safety Waiver & "The Spirit of the Game"

Start here by registering your family team. Registration deadline is Friday, March 28th. Cost is $50 per family and includes teams jerseys and league fees; $40 for returning families and does not include jerseys.

Games start Thursday, April 3rd and will take place for 8 weeks.

We want all families to be safe. However, participants registering for the event must recognize that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in a recreational activity/program. Click HERE to download and continue reading our health and safety waiver.

Showing respect to all participants is very important. Our kids are watching how we behave. "The Spirit of the Game" document outlines the overall feel of family kickball.

Rules

Kickball is a simple game consisting of two teams, four bases, and a one big red ball. Played like baseball, the goal is to score more runs than the opposing team. Click HERE for a list of general rules/concepts central to game play and unique detailed family rules by age.
